Advantages of the CANNY Smart Button for your campervan
The CANNY Smart Button is a wireless Bluetooth control switch designed for use with the CANNY Interface, allowing you to manage auxiliary systems such as additional lights with ease and flexibility.
The Smart Button enables you to override the CANNY outputs when configured to activate via the vehicle’s CAN bus network. For example, if the vehicle’s high beam triggers the auxiliary lights, the CANNY Smart Button can temporarily disable them when preferred, ideal for foggy or dusty conditions.
Installation is fast and cable-free: simply pair the Smart Button with your CANNY Interface and mount it anywhere inside the vehicle, or even carry it with you, within a 10-meter Bluetooth range. Through the CANNY.LZR app, the button can be configured to control up to four outputs, either as a standalone switch or in combination with other Smart Buttons.
The CANNY Smart Button can operate lights and other 12V accessories regardless of the vehicle ignition status, offering maximum control and adaptability. It also includes 18 customizable stickers to label button functions and an adhesive backing for secure mounting on nearly any surface.
Practical examples of use include:
- Activating or deactivating high beam lights independently of the vehicle’s own high beams
- Controlling position lights, work lights, reverse lights, or beacon functions
- Selecting operation modes for multi-function lamps
- Operating other 12V accessories connected via the CANNY Interface
The Smart Button runs on a replaceable CR-2032 battery with an operational life of up to 2 years.
