At the core of this package is the Cargo Ladder, which doubles as a sturdy access ladder and a universal carrier. It allows you to mount accessories such as Vertical Bike Carriers. The ladder’s 3D-bent design follows the Sprinter’s contours for a clean, integrated look.Paired with the Cargo Ladder Extra Step, climbing remains effortless even when the ladder is loaded with gear, ensuring seamless usability.

To ensure durability and protect the rear door of your Sprinter, the Sequoia Reinforcement Bracket is included. This bracket distributes weight evenly across the door, providing additional strength and stability, especially when carrying heavier loads.

To securely transport your bikes, the Dual Bike Backbone Package includes two Vertical Bike Carriers. Each carrier can hold one bike vertically, lifted and locked into position with a smooth, counterbalanced mechanism. Adjustable straps and a lockable axle clamp ensure stability and safety on the road. With two carriers, you can transport two bikes effortlessly, ideal for travel with a partner or friend.

Mounted alongside the cargo ladder  is the Backbone Rack, a versatile structure that enables you to carry your spare wheel with the included Tire Carrier Module. Besides holding your spare tire it keeps room for extra additional storage. 

For this  the Cargo Box 400 is in the package and provides approximately 75 liters of waterproof, external storage space. It’s perfect for keeping muddy shoes, wet gear, or small tools outside your van’s interior. Made from welded aluminum and fitted with a high-quality Italian latch, it’s designed for durability and functionality.

Dual Bike Backbone Package installation requirements

Installing the Dual Bike Backbone Package is straightforward and requires minimal modifications to your van. However, drilling holes in the van is necessary for proper installation. 

270-degree doors: You will need to replace the 270-degree hinges with 180-degree hinges. The Cargo Ladder attaches to the hinges and mounts on the door.

180-degree doors: The Cargo Ladder attaches to the hinges and mounts to the door.
