Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.
For products on backorder, please contact us for an estimated delivery time.
Shipping Methods: Parcel or Freight
Orders are shipped either by parcel or pallet, depending on the product and order size. Some products are only shipped via pallet, and adding such an item to your order will automatically calculate pallet shipping costs at checkout.
- Parcel Shipping: Due to the size of most products, shipping costs are calculated per item, as they often cannot be combined into a single parcel.
- Pallet Shipping: Large orders consisting solely of parcel items may still be shipped on a pallet for better efficiency.
Europe & Worldwide Shipping
We currently offer standard shipping rates within Europe. If the webshop does not provide a shipping option for your location, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Local Pickup
You can skip shipping fees by selecting local pickup at our warehouse in Westerhoven (Leemskuilen 15, 5563CL). Pickup is by appointment only.
- Orders with all items in stock will be ready for pickup within 5 business days.
- You will receive an email when your order is ready.
- If your order includes backordered products, you can pick up in-stock items in batches—contact us to arrange this.
Shipping Status & Tracking
- For parcel shipments, you will receive an email from our shipping partner with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become available.
- Pallet shipments and larger parcel boxes do not always include automatic tracking. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of your order completion confirmation, please contact us at info@dutchvanparts.com with your name and order number, and we will provide a tracking link if possible.
Return Policy
You may return products within 14 days of receiving or picking up your order, provided they are in new, unused condition and returned in saleable condition.
Return Conditions
Accepted Returns:
- Returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors will be covered by Dutchvanparts B.V.
- If a return is authorized for reasons not related to defects, the customer is responsible for packaging, insurance, and return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been drilled, modified, or installed (e.g., Cargo Boxes with drilled mounting holes).
- Items returned in damaged or unsellable condition.

Any modifications, drilling, or installation of Dutchvanparts or third-party products on a vehicle are at the owner’s risk. Dutchvanparts B.V. does not offer refunds, compensation, or repairs for modifications made to a vehicle, even in the case of a product return.
